Hello,
RE:  DONORS FUNDING IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
TRILLIONS of dollars given by donors have been misused , stolen and embezzled.
Misappropriation of donor funds has also seen greedy leaders oppress many poor helpless people.
Deaths have resulted as money meant for food security was diverted to buying of weapons.
There is an enormous wastage of donor funds, hence an urgent need to curb such fraud.
To support and guide the deserving beneficiaries and prevent this evil in future,
all donors funding will focus on poverty eradication and life improvement.

Beneficiaries will now receive direct financial assistance to their bank accounts with no strings attached.

All middle men will not be involved in reimbursement of donor grants
which will cater for those who need money for support and improvement of:

Powerless against robbers of motor vehicle parts

After the dust had settled, two women lay bleeding on the asphalt, shot dead by police as they attempted to steal a side mirror from a car that was stuck in the traffic jam.
The theft of side mirrors, wheel caps, wind visors and car lights have become commonplace. Recently, the Nairobi County Police Commander, Benson Kibui, set up a 150-member team of undercover police officers to deal with this menace. This action has elicited a sigh of relief in many quarters because today, there are some roads that motorists venture into at their peril.
Peter Mwangi says he has lost two side mirrors   in broad daylight to vicious thieves carrying knives and firearms.
Mwangi has felt the helplessness of hundreds of thousands of motorists, many who now disfigure their vehicle by securing  their side mirrors with chains and using rivets to protect their wind  visors by the windows.
Thieves mostly target cars manufactured in Japan for their accessories which they sell as spare parts to repair dealers, says Mwangi.
“It is quite rare to see a mirror secured to a Mercedes Benz or a Jaguar perhaps because the spares of these cars do not have a ready markert,” says Mwangi.
Police say spare parts thefts are most common along the Globe Cinema roundabout in Nairobi’s CBD.  Juja Road, Outering Road, Machakos Country Bus Station and the Githurai roundabout are also unsafe and rising crime has prompted the police to act.
“We want to clean this city completely. We will arrest and take the criminals to court, but if any of them is armed and defies orders to surrender, my officers are under instructions to shoot,” said Kibui while announcing the existence of the undercover squad.
He says some of the criminals are armed and dangerous and so officers have had to respond by using force. Most robbers target women who they view as harmless and helpless.
With the perennial traffic jams in Nairobi, drivers are forced to keep their windows closed, even when it is steaming outside.

Nairobi, Kenya: The death toll from the tragic Kisii school bus crash hit 20 after two more victims succumbed to their injuries at the Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH).

Meanwhile, one female student victim of the accident is in a critical condition in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at the hospital, eight are admitted and are responding to treatment, while another five have been discharged.
Those who have been discharged include Lydia Nyatundi (18) Egoro Mixed School, Vincent Nyakundi (17) Nyaketo mixed, Hearty Omae (19) Tambacha Mixed, Angela Mayola (16) Engoto mixed and Caroline Otaro (19) Nyaketo Mixed.
KNH Tuesday appealed to the public to come forward and donate blood to help save lives of patients still in critical condition and need transfusion.
“We especially call upon those with the blood group O-positive to come forward,” said Simon Idhae, KNH Corporate Affairs Manager.
Idhae said a majority of the victims suffered severe fractures of the limbs adding that most are responding well to treatment.
The grisly accident occurred when the school bus belonging to Rioma Secondary School rolled several times at Nyambunde on the Itumbe-Igare road on Wednesday night.
The bus driver was said to have been unqualified to drive on a highway-having only driven village taxis without a valid driver’s licence.
A rattled pedestrian Joseph Mongare who survived the accident thanked his lucky stars after he escaped with a broken leg and a bruised face.
Speaking to The Standard from his hospital bed Tuesday, the 37-year-old father of five narrated how he was walking along the road when he saw the bus hurtling down the road towards him.

Woman arrested with Sh15m heroin at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport

Updated Tuesday, July 16th 2013 at 14:43 GMT +3 By Cyrus Ombati
NAIROBI, KENYA: A 38-year-old Kenyan woman was Tuesday arrested at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi while carrying six kilogrammes of heroin valued at Sh15.4 million.

The woman was headed to Lome, Togo when she was detained at the airport after her luggage was found with the drugs.
The plane she was travelling in was to pass through Addis Ababa, Ethiopia before heading to Togo, police said.
Head of CID at the airport Joseph Ngisa said the luggage was detected by his officers who were carrying out random checks.
“The drug had been wrapped in her travelling bag when it was discovered. She will be taken to court to face charges of drug possession and trafficking,” said Ngisa.
Police were trying to establish the origin of the drug and if there could be more of the same. Other officers were set to visit her Nairobi residence as part of efforts to make a breakthrough in the business.
Ngisa added police have intensified their operations on drug trafficking especially at the airport and warned they will arrest anyone who attempts to use the route.
Two Nigerians Emmanuel Okonkwo and Remigius Agabahia were last month arrested at JKIA with Sh5 million cocaine hidden in their private parts.
Police said they emitted 47 pellets of cocaine they had inserted in their private parts after they were intercepted on arrival on board a plane that originated from Brazil via Dubai
Police have intensified operations on traffickers in Kenya with more than 50 foreigners being deported over the offense.
Among them are 11 Nigerians including kingpin Anthony Chinedu whose deportation has led to the detention of 12 Kenyan security officials in Lagos for 12 days before being released.

Man claims to be Jesus Christ partner claims to Mary Magdalene: Check it out.

A man who claims to be Jesus Christ caused a stir on Twitter after appearing on ITV ‘s This Morning alongside a woman who says she’s Mary Magdalene. Alan John Miller made the audacious claim while being interviewed by hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford.

The Australian calmly told the pair he was the son of God and his partner Mary Luck had been present when he was crucified, and she was in fact her biblical namesake Magdalene.

Miller was accompanied by his real life partner Mary Luck, who claimed she was Mary Magdalene (Picture: ITV)

Unsurprisingly the news was met with some suspicion on social networks, with Twitter users not buying Miller’s claims.
Journalist Sali Hughes wrote simply: ‘Jesus Christ is currently on the This Morning sofa with @EamonnHolmes.’
Sarah Louise Evans was more harsh with her assessment, ‏posting: ‘Get this fruit loop off my tv. ‘I am Jesus’ no you’re not, you’re just a geezer with long hair and a beard.’
Paul Carter was more concerned with Miller’s inability to perform miracles live on television.
He said: ‘There’s a couple on This Morning who think they’re Jesus and Mary. Eamonn Holmes just asked ‘Jesus’ to turn his water into wine. He said no.’
This isn’t the first time Miller, who heads up a religious movement called the Divine Truth, has been in the news.
Earlier this year it emerged a British woman had given up her career as a neuroscientist so she could move to Australia and join his group.

Hallo there,

Falling in love can feel so nice it’s better than a dream. But true love’s not about dreaming dreams. True love starts when you realise that this time it’s something much more than just chemistry. But what is it that tells you that this time it’s for real?

The first hint is when you start wanting to be exclusive – and are willing to talk about it. It’s not enough just to hope that your partner feels the same way about you. Because many times they don’t. So both of you being willing to talk about being monogamous is a very good omen. While not admitting how you feel – and what you want in return – could lead to a big let-down.

Because for example, your partner might seem to be loving you while actually they’re still looking around. For someone more handsome, more beautiful, richer... Their love for you’s not sincere, it’s conditional on not finding someone better. Or maybe you’re keeping close to an ex, just in case things don’t work out? So both of you letting everyone else go is another solid sign that this time you’re right for each other.

Being willing to go someplace you hate – and not being a total pain about it – is another. Because once your love is for real, you know that your partner will do the same for you sometime. And you no longer need to show your independence by only doing what pleases you, because you know your partner respects your needs.

Another indication is that you’re both willing to change your attitude towards something important. Money’s an especially good example, because it represents control, independence, and a whole lot more. So if you’re suddenly willing to save when you’re really a big spender, or splash out when normally you’re careful, then you’re in love...

Another sign’s just wanting to hang out together. Early on, dating’s all about finding places to go and things to do. Then once you become intimate, all you want is to get between the sheets. After that you want to show each other off because you’re so proud of one another.

But when simply being together’s all you want, then you’re in love. Because it means the relationship’s now just about the two of you. Everything about your life’s expanded to include each other, and nothing else matters.

The final proof’s that you’re willing to risk being yourself. Because once you’re in a truly loving relationship, you can be honest. You stop worrying that your partner might change their mind if they see the real you.

Before that everything’s just hormonal magic. Which is why we say that people ‘fall’ in love. But once you see the signs that this time it’s for keeps, you can safely start investing in one another. And developing the commitment, responsibility and mutual respect that will hold you together for the rest of your lives.

All the best,
Chris
